How does the Twitter post viewer work?
Paste a public x.com or twitter.com post URL, or enter its numeric Post ID. The tool extracts the ID and reads the post through UnifAPI's X data layer, returning the same public record an agent gets from the API.
Does it show the post's video or photos?
Yes. Photos render inline and videos play from X's own CDN with the native player. Nothing is re-hosted or offered for download; media stays on X.
Can I use it to see someone's recent posts?
Use the X profile viewer for that: enter a person's handle or profile URL to see their profile and recent posts. This tool is deliberately limited to one known post URL or ID.
Can it show private, deleted or hidden posts?
No. It only returns a post that is publicly available through X's public data surface. It does not bypass protected accounts, recover deleted content, or reveal private viewers.
Is there an API for checking many X posts?
For one post, add format=json to this page's URL or call /tools/x/post?id=… (free, rate-limited). For batches, the UnifAPI X API fetches up to 100 known Post IDs per call and also exposes search, timelines, quotes, reposting users and liking users.
